Mileage Modification

We understand that circumstances can change throughout the life of a contract. If you have assessed your mileage restrictions and require additional or reduced allowance, please complete the below form and someone will be in contact to discuss your request.

Please note this is only a request and we will need to contact you via telephone before we can agree any modifications.

We will aim to provide a response to your request within 5 working days.

Please note the following:

If you are within the first or last three months of your contract, we are unable to make any mileage modifications.
If you are outside of these time limits, the following parameters apply to mileage modifications:

Minimum annual mileage of 5,000 miles and a maximum of 30,000 miles.
Total contract mileage can be a minimum of 5,000 miles and a maximum of 150,000 miles.

Throughout the period of your contract term, only two mileage amendments can be made.
